Over the course of his career, Wayne has focused on commercial and educational projects, with a particular expertise in façade and enclosure systems. As a Licensed Architect and a Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC) through the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), he brings a comprehensive understanding of how design intent and technical performance intersect—particularly in some of the world’s most demanding environments.

Wayne’s portfolio includes diverse projects across arctic, marine, and desert climates, where he emphasizes the application of building science to support resilient, high-performing designs. His systematic approach ensures that aesthetic goals are achieved while mitigating environmental risks.

With deep experience in both design and planning, Wayne is especially well-suited for projects in remote communities. His firsthand understanding of small-town dynamics, combined with technical proficiency and practical design leadership, makes him a valuable partner from early concept through project delivery.
