Role: Wayne lead SAVEC administration and teachers through a very iterative, participatory process of discovering the school’s highly technical requirements in a remote coastal village. Prepared detailed plans for more precise cost estimates in preparation for requests for bidders. Iterative collaboration with University of Anchorage Alaska’s Center for Economic Development was essential to the creation of a business plan for SAVEC.
